Last karaoke of the semester

Hello CJAS,

I'd like to do a quick straw poll of what's a good time for karaoke. Apparently all Friday nights are booked by some catholic group (I will steal from them this timeslot for sure next semester).

I'd like to keep away from late nights because Willard Straight shuts down the doors late night and if we want to leave after then, we need special permission or something. Annoying.

So here are some proposed times:

MONDAY DEC 8, during study break (come on, don't tell me all you do during study break is STUDY :p)...like 5-9pm. We can order food (food will be much more than last time when we sorrowfully ran out)
TUESDAY DEC 9...5-9pm ish.

OK, it's basically just "which day works better for you? Monday or Tuesday?"

Tuesday's much better for me, at least, since all of my major projects are due Tuesday morning so I'll probably be working all night Monday.

Tuesday there's an important marching band thing starting at 7 that I assume your partner in running karaoke Leeann will also be at. My vote is for after 12/12, like maybe Saturday 12/13. (I mean, we've tended to do CJAS stuff one week after marathon for the last few semesters anyways.) I personally have a take-home final 12/7-12/9 and am done with everything by 12/12, so that works best for me.

To make this easier, rather than saying what times you'd like, please say what times don't work for you and we'll pick one that works for everyone.

I'd totally do it the weekend (12/12, 12/13) of Study/Exam week as long as no one who wants to sing is going home early. (Home is overrated anyway. Why would you be in a hurry to go...home?)

Well, I would not mind having it either Friday the 12th (later on in the day) or Saturday the 13th. Both are good for me, and all other days, I have something going on, be it work or studying.

Tuesday after 7 doesn't work for me because of band stuff (as Frack mentioned).

Friday is my birthday. I don't really mind having karaoke that day (I'd love to see all of you on my birthday!) but I might be busy.

As far as I can tell (not 100% sure yet, more like 80%) I'm available all four days and have no preference when.

Friday and Saturday would both work great for me, much better than Monday or Tuesday.

If there are no further objections today, I will immediately inform the registrar that we want to have it on Saturday instead.
