I gave Rollo a big "good job" at the beginning. I hope Lulu treats Rollo better because as far as allies go, he needs as much as he can get - Nunully's definitely not going to be helping his cause so he might as well put up with Rollo.

That was a really strange development. It probably makes the most sense for Lulu - he does everything for Nunully, so the most logical thing for him to do is to put his Black Knights to good use for Nunully's goal.

Nevertheless it is still strange - I can't really tell how the plot is going to develop now. This was kind of like last season, when Euphie managed to get Lulu to buy into the Special Administration Area idea, but then shit happened. Now that it's Nunully, it's even harder for him to go against her wishes.......unless if something is to happen to that plan, or if something is to happen to Nunully. Perhaps the emperor is going to have someone sabotage the plan (again) just to spur Lulu into action (assuming that this is all part of his grand plan of "survival of the fittest")

I'm semi-suspicious of this plot development, but I will reserve judgment until I see a couple more episodes to figure out where this is going.

The preview show the Chinese Federation doing something so looks like they're going to be big players from now on. Let's see how the Britannia-Black Knights-China dynamics change.

I'd guess that Britannia will indeed somehow sabotage the Specially Administrated Zone assuming it comes into official existence again. Suzaku hinted that they really don't want it to happen. Also, considering Lelouch's confidence at the very end, I think he knows that they'll never let it happen, and is just trying to gain more public support.
