Re: Baccano
Well, he and Nice are, anyway. Then again, considering how awesome/adorable just about everyone is in this show, trying to gush over just one when there's Firo or somebody else around. Gah, too much to choose! I agree, Meg: completely adorkable.

Re: Baccano
Y'know, as hot/awesome as Firo is, I think Jacuzzi is way more admirable than him. :D I think Jacuzzi became my favorite character. Firo has some wicked moves, but he's totally invulnerable and completely fearless. He doesn't really have to worry about consequences. Jacuzzi, on the other hand, goes and does completely awesome shit sheerly for the benefit of others, despite being ready to wet himself with fear. That kid has way bigger balls than Firo, because Firo has nothing to be afraid of. Y'know what I mean? Courage is way more impressive to me than bravery. :D
(Also I've been reading the light novels and Firo is a complete asshole in them. >>; )

Re: Baccano
Again, preaching to the choir. XD
Much like you said, Jacuzzi definitely grew into the character I cheered the loudest for at the end. I mean, when the series starts, you're immediately drawn to how crazy awesome Firo is or how crazy hilarious Isaac and Miria are. Jacuzzi starts off as a bit-player, and doesn't look anywhere near as showy or intense as the other members of the cast. But it was his side of the story that kept me coming back. It was his empathy and conviction in the face of death that awed me far more than Firo or Chez-kun's good looks, Isaac and Miria's humor, and Ladd Russo or the Rail Tracer's insanity. Which doesn't diminish them, by the way; it just makes him stand out in an ensemble cast of titans.
Baccano!: Come for the Firo, stay for the Jacuzzi!

Well, I don't know. More like: Come for the Isaac & Miria, stay for the Rail Tracer. Sorry to spoil the Jacuzzism, but though he's great and all, but still very generic. The crybaby whose convictions give him untold courage? Shwang wang wang, heard it before. Godmode AND an uber-sociopath? Gotta love his impeccable logic, too. And his pwnage of Ladd, not just physically but psychologically.Mr. Sandman wrote: Baccano!: Come for the Firo, stay for the Jacuzzi!
TL;DR: If Jacuzzi is a 6/5 on the epicness scale, Rail Tracer is a 7/5.
Oh and I never really liked Firo.
