[CJAS Otakon] Otakon 2003 Bulk Prereg

Otakon got to a bit of a late start this year as far as prerg goes, as
have I. But I'll be doing a group prereg and a group hotel thing this
year, not unlike previous years...:)

I'd appreciate it if you could pass on to the current CJAS members
that if they're interested, they should drop me a no-obligation email
to jmk17@cornell.edu. All I need is a name and email address for now.

We've missed the March 1 first round deadline, so I'll be targetting
the May 3 deadline for the $40 - $5 (group discount) rate.

When I start gearing up for hotel registrations, I'll send out another
email.
