Sorry for the lateness of this notice.

On Friday, people should meet up at 5PM in the lobby of the Sheraton Inner Harbor to collect their keys.

If you are a room chair and you cannot make it at this time, please let me know ASAP.

Note: The Sheraton Inner Harbor is the one on 300 S Charles Street, directly connected to the BCC via Skybridge and next to the Hyatt. There are 2 other Sheratons in the area, so don't get tricked.

Those people who are in the 3 rooms which are being checked in on Thursday (Mike, Kathy, and Aidan's rooms) do not need to attend this event.
