I would be quite happy with either as just having a room is ideal. I
would say if I had to say one or the other, having two beds at the
Hilton would be nicer for those of us in rooms where everyone doesn't
know each other.

I was just informed that the Sheraton hotel only has rooms with 1 bed
available. James would like to know if this is an issue for anyone. If
this won't work, he'll book rooms for the Hilton. Please give your
