[CJAS Otakon] Affinity room selection is now open

Room selection is now open.

You should now log into affinity at:

http://www.cjas.org/affinity

And assign yourselves to a room.

In each room, I need one person to volunteer to be the room chair by
clicking on the "Volunteer" link in the left navbar after assigning
yourself to your room.

If you'd like to make a themed room to attract other people to it,
feel free to change the title and description using "Edit Room" after
selecting a room.

Our room packing is currently at a somewhat unfavourable multiple. We've
got 19 people currently confirmed, which is the worst possible number for
packing into multiples of 6. I do have 4 rooms open so we can accommodate
up to 24 people.

If you know of any additional people who would like to room with us, please
let me know.

Also, the following people have not yet confirmed their attendance via
affinity:
