Hi James, <br>Thanks for the quick response. I can speak for myself and Nikki, at the least, We'd be willing to pay a bit more, since you really can't beat the location. Especially for cosplayers, when you really don't want to walk 4 blocks in the 90 degree weather. We're all willing to pay more for 1) convenience 2) proximity to the con 3) proximity to friends. Any rooms available at this point aren't close to the con. It's "you get what you pay for" in this instance. You just can't beat being that close.<br>
