hi james,

ths is jun again with more questions, hope I'm not bothering too much.
but i'm want to know which hotel it is that booked and what is the price
per person per night?
also, when can we check in? and how? if we don't know who we share room
with. will there be a final confirmation sometime in the future?  I havn't
been to meetings on Sat, but i didn't miss any info on this did I?
