[CJAS Otakon] Last Call for Thursday Night Hotel

So, I was wondering what exactly is going on with Thursday night
accomodations.  Will we be able to stay in the same hotel?  If not I have
a friend who needs to fill in some spaces at a different hotel.  She just
lost about 8 of the people she was planning on going with.
