[CJAS Otakon] Room Selection is OPEN!

Otakon is less than a week away, and it's time to assign yourself to a room!

Log into affinity (http://www.cjas.org/affinity) and click on "Select
Room" in the left navbar. Here, you can click on the room title to see
who's in a room, and join a room too.

Please do so ASAP.

Additionally, I need one person in each room to Volunteer to be the
room chair to handle check-in/check-out and key-distribution
logistics.

if you're willing to be your room's chair, click on "Volunteer" in the
navbar after joining a room.
