[CJAS Otakon] Select Your Affinities!

For those of you new to affinity, one of the things that the system is
designed to do is allow people to specify who they want to room with, as a
way to make room selection self-service, but also less of a race when trying
to make sure that you room with people you want.

Rather than having someone (e.g. me) arbitrate the best way to pack groups
of friends together by surveying everyone, the system reserve space for your
friends when you select a room, automatically.

However, in order to do this, you need to set who your friends are!

To do this, log in to affinity (http://www.cjas.org/affinity) and click on
"Update Affinities" in the left navbar. Here, you can select everyone whom
you want to room with.

Please do this as soon as you can, since a smooth room assignment process
(which isn't open yet since I need to finalize the number of attendees to
determine how many rooms I will be using) depends on having affinities set.
