So based on the number of people we have and the number of people who
requested 4-person rooms, I'll be able to open up one 4-person room.

This turns out to be less than the 9 people who requested it, but if
we don't pack in to rooms evenly (something that fully packs the 4 and
6 person rooms out of the 28 total people we have), things will get
pretty expensive.

I'm open to feedback on this though, so please post any comments or
feedback you have to the ML so that we can discuss.

I still plan on opening room reservation tomorrow.
