Hi James and con-goers...
The 4-person room option is what solely allowed two of my long-distance
friends decide to come to Otakon. They only know myself and Nikki well, and
were asking to stay only with us for the purpose of comfort and unfortunate
prior experiences. They have already invested both time and money into
coming to the convention, which is about 10 hours away from their home.
I included the group on the mailing to explain our situation and to see if
everyone would be understanding enough to sympathize with why we requested a
4-person room. I sincerely apologize if this appears in any way to be
selfish, but I rarely get to see my long-distance friends and have been
looking forward to this for a very long time.
I will be open to discussion and I welcome anyone's comments.
Thank you all and the very best regards,
Jen Wicks
