[CJAS Otakon] Affinity Room Selection is now Open

Currently, there are only 2 people who haven't get assigned themsevles
to a room, I expect them to do so soon. If somehow they don't show up,
the overall cost shouldn't go up more than $5 or so.

There are currently a bunch of empty spaces due to the incomplete
filling of Room 6. I've asked those residents to move themselves if
that room doesn't fill in by today.

The deadline for me to cancel a room is tomorrow, I will be trying to
pack down rooms to minimize empty space today.
