[CJAS Otakon] Thursday and Friday Key Distribution Logistics

For Thursday night participants:

I will call each of you (or your indicated group contact in the wiki)
to arrange for key pickup when you arrive.

For everyone:

Meet in the lobby of the Hilton at 5PM on Friday.

It is especially important that room chairs show up to meet their
residents and arrange keys, residents should also come to pay me and
to participate in key setup arrangements.

Exception: Fri-Sun residents of room 4 and 5 do not need to come to
this since those rooms will have been completely.
