[CJAS Otakon] Prereg Payment and Hotel Logistics

Hey all,

Otakon is this Friday!!

That means that everyone who prereged will need to pay me and all the
hotel people will need to pick up keys and pay me.

While I won't get there until Saturday morning, Bobby Chow will take care
of hotel key distribution and payment on Friday afternoon from 5:30PM to
6:30PM in the Charles Street Lobby. This lobby is on the 100 Level (bottom
level), directly below the Inner Harbor skybridge entrance. If you have
trouble finding him, Bobby's cell phone # is 917-373-3326. My number is
650-269-7259. Feel free to contact either of us if you have any questions.

Prereg is $35, Hotel is $46

If you prereged with me but aren't coming to the con anymore, please email
me to discuss your options.

Lastly, last year some people had difficulties on their way to the con and
I tried to help out as much as I can. If you have any problems or
questions before or during the con, please feel free to call me and I'll
see what I can do. However, you too can help me! My ability to help people
is greatly enhanced if I can put them in touch with others who are in a
position to help them. The biggest thing you can do to facilitate that is
to give me your contact information and travel plans which I will list at:
