[CJAS Otakon] Room Assignment is Open

Gah, sorry, room assignment was supposed to be open on July 23, but I
only just opened it now.

For all you hotellers, at your earliest possible convenience, please
log in to affinity at:

http://www.cjas.org/affinity

And join a room by selecting "Select Room" on the left navbar. If you
want to make a "themed" room and change the description of the room
you've assigned yourself, slect "Edit Room"

I also need a chairperson for each room who will help me manage
checkin/checkout for that room. If you're willing to do that job,
select "Volunteer" on the left navbar after adding yourself to a room.
